Design Objectives: Design an area for vegetable gardening in such a way that the vegetables are
not visible from the road. Using the native and well-adapted plants, provide some shade and
screening, a perennial bed for the entrance and the back yard and keep all plants 5 feet from
the house to avoid problems with swelling soils.
