Design Objectives: Design a new brick patio reusing existing brick and solving drainage
issues. Design new fence and arbor to replace those existing, using design criteria consistent
those of the 1950's. Incorporate a place for an easy care fountain and some perennials. Update
an existing shaded shrub and perennial border providing better screening an all season
bloom.
