Foothills Art Center
Design Objectives: Design an entry garden for an art center with wheel chair accessibility,
increased visual accessibility and sculptural aspects to the garden itself. Incorporate
several sculpture sites, seating, an event terrace, lighting and trees, shrubs and ground cover
to maintain the existing gardenesque feel while developing functionality. Re-use existing
terrace flagstone. Provide places for donor acknowledgment. Enhance the existing architecture
and use of materials.
